Educators are Like Judges

Judge...what is the first thing that comes to your mind when that word is mentioned?

Fair.....that would be the most important thing of a judge of course...if not, there will be no fairness in life...but of course there are bias here and there.

Having an educator who is bias is one thing...having them personally attacking a student is one thing. Having them not bothered about the class is one thing, but having them caring for some "special students" is totally something else. If the lecturer his/herself is practicing that kind of behavior, obviously the students whom are left out feel out of place..demotivating them from class...which can lead to many problems.

Lecturers as such are showing poor quality in this college as the college itself is facing many "discreet" problems. It shows that they lack professionalism...making it an irony that they are so well educated with Master an Degree in their field.

The management should really look into this matter.

Man...it's been ages since I've updated bout college life. Today I heard the worst thing that ever happen in my college life.....Lecturer stormed out of class because of the horrible behaviour by the CHINESE ED FREAKS. It was since last semester...Mr. S suffered teaching them. He even yelled to the class. I was in that class to but not this time. Students these days don't respect their elders...but as I said earlier...it works both ways to be fair.

For this incident, students are entirely to be blame as they can't even shut themselves up while the lecturer is teaching them. When I heard about it... I felt sad for the lecturer and to my friends who were just casualties.

Let this be a lesson to all students...respect your lecturers!!!
and they'll RESPECT YOU!!!

Honestly....allow me to start...

WHAT KIND OF FUCKED UP LECTURER keeps telling their students are going to fail or they have no hope?
Is it some sick kind of motivation? or is it just playing fed up?
We as students know that their are some who gives the lecturers problem but taking it on to the whole class is playing STUPID!

This is not the first time that the lecturer is doing this, since last semester when I'm in this college it started. So...it's not a surprise that someone knock her car and didn't leave an ID.

It's time to change or you'll be forever hated. But on the contrary, she can be caring...bottom line....SHE SUCK AT MOTIVATING HER STUDENTS!

You Brought it on YOURSELF

Students and lecturers have the even share of complains when it comes to work.

Since the students' excuses are always the same and it's caused by procrastination, let's just comment the lecturers' "complain"

The last thing I need while I'm going through my day is a lecturer complaining about the bundle of assignments that he/she has to mark. It's total bullcrap because they are the ones creating the workload for themselves. So, are they bragging about their own stupidity indirectly?

Factors that cause this issue to arise? Dedication would be the main topic. Though I agree these "assignments" really helps the students but there are other areas to help the students without the lecturers killing themselves.

Maybe the management doesn't agree with what the lecturers are doing last semester, that's why there's a major reshuffle in the teaching methods. Lecturers are REALLY losing profesionalism here.

It advisable that both parties get their act together to avoid further hatred between each other.

It's called CHANGING!!!

Recently the college has come with some changes which students will find it annoying. Don't bother the name tag issue because I have no problem with it. What bothers me most is where they are "upgrading" the system from free parking to a RM 1 per entry. That's not upgrading for heaven's sake....it's so DEGRADING using that word, it should be changing the system. Maklumla...

Although the management has come up with "systems" like this, I do hope the students can tolerate it and not make such a BIG FUSS about it...as how the lecturers say..."it's life","industry driven"...

Dedication is the key

Damn...I've never seen students so dedicated for LAN subjects, looks like Uncle LAN has something to brag this semester...haha. Well organized and prepared, the new intake students really pack a punch for the first impression evaluation! Well, I hope the students keep up the good job while doing their final project.

If LAN students are to be compared with the current ones, the current one are no match at all...It's also good to see more English ed students in college to balance of the APES and Chinese ed people. This is how the college should be, finally there's civilization!!! Just hope it stays that way...
